That is very clean..............but where is the engine ? Most sportscars have an engine ! Must admit the BMW engine looks like a box , no sign of throttle bodies , plugs, manifold ......

It's a very clean modern look to an engine....which suits the Aero. Ruud's engine's looks though is what you want when you lift the bonnet of a Trad!

I got a missing a blanking plug on the engine block from my local BMW dealer Cotswolds. Free of charge, however they know us well running a BMW and Mini.

There's a Pride of Ownership class for Aeros at MOG 16 Nick..... I am clueless to both! Is there a link or any information anywhere? That is very clean..............but where is the engine ? Most sportscars have an engine ! A fine lady never shows her full hand.. Nick
Those black wheels on your car look mean. Nice. Keep them away from the kerb. Thanks, so far so good!

Well all the throttle bodies must be there under the modesty panels. If you wanted I guess you could remove the panels and go more "trad" with your Aero.

I've never been much of an engine cleaner and I am put to shame by those photos. I must mend my ways.
What is the best stuff to clean the engine/bay with?

Nick That is a wonderful job you have done above and below the bonnet in making a Series 1 look its very best. In fact you have done a great job in bringing the Series 1 back to the top of the Talk Morgan news. I would like my engine bay looking like that, but did you mention "elbow grease", is there not a magic bullet that you spray on and wipe off.

The bonnet wings, inside, seems to be in a different color. It's just a primer or a "full" paint but different? In mine they have the same color of the rest of the car (even if it looks less finished)
