So I eat my hat ... Euro 4 compliance in Morgan land means 4.6 mpg more, wider (cycle wings?), longer (?), taller (ride height +10.5cm), lower CO2 (28g/km) and torque (11Nm albeit at lower revs), and an extra 60Kg weight!
