You would have to have the old style lugs welded to the frame for the rear bevel box mounts. Something like this maybe  No NVH bar to remove, but then no NVH.

Yes that would work. Boys I am so sore today I can barely move. what a workout that was, 10x more involved than I bargained for! But I do know my car a lot better!

What drive belt tension are you running? Either in degrees of "twist" or in MM of deflection?

Can the NVH bar be removed and not used? Will be getting a new chassis for my 2012. I guess what I'm asking is the NVH now an integral part of the new chassis. I've never had any complaints about BB noise and don' need the extra weight of the NVH Speak to Phil Bleazey. He can supply a kit that does away with the NVH hardware and replaces it with a couple of neat brackets that mount the BB direct to the chassis. It's the 'Stage 1' kit at this link.

It needs to be tighter than you may think - about 45 degrees twist on the lower part of the belt works for me.
Don't forget to check it clears the tyre (tire) as there's only a few mm of clearance.

I am only a few hundred miles into running with Phils stage one kit - ditched the NVH in favour of his solid Bevel Box mounts - and its working really well, no roughness or banging. Highly reccomended for the poor souls with the NVH fitted.

also the metal inserts that are on the bushings on the adjustable dampers are wider than the mounting points on the frame. FYI Kirk, I have the same problem. Did you grind the bushing down? Both sides?

Is Phil’s kit designed to improve all Morgan 3 wheelers? Phils Bevels box mounting kit is applicable to all three wheelers that have the NVH kit fitted ( now fitted as standard by the factory since 2014 I believe ). I suggest you contact him to get confirmation : bleazey@woodenflutes.co.uk
