Ha! Yes, we're aware of the convention that its "hood down" for all but the fiercest weather. Even managed to convince my wife that'll be the way of it. But to be fair, its been her dream to own a Morgan since she learned to drive, so she is already prepared for wasted hair do's, blustery conditions...and dripping interiors.

PS: We Scots don't spill our whisky! innocent

People love the car and because it is never considered flash or pretentious they will often go out of their way to help you if asked. I don't mean that in a rude exploitive manner just that it can be helpful in a pinch.

If you need parking people will put it in one of the prime spots in front of a hotel for example. If you are going somewhere a little rough then a quick question/photo by email will result in a good guide for safe parking without a worry.

People will let you out at junctions so they can watch the car. At first I found it a little odd as people were always smiling pointing and looking.

Also you will have a good relationship with your dealer and see them a few times so make an effort and it will pay off.

Everyone loves a Morgan. Even me, unless it's broken again.

Don't listen to him! Drive your Morgan however and whenever you want.

Agree - I put my hood up in winter & use it as a daily driver. On the subject of cloths - visit your local and see if they have any old bar towels (or buy new ones from a brewery shop - they are made to soak up beer so a re great at soaking up drips etc. I even have a couple of Timothy Taylor Landlord ones, the green of which matches my car colour quite well. Next time I`m in Masham I`ll get a couple of Black Sheep ones - more appropriate for me. Do Laphroaig do them - more appropriate for North of the border.

What a good idea regarding the bar towels

I use Sam Smiths bar towels as I live 20 mins from the Tadcaster Brewery and like the beer..amazing how much moisture they hold..

eee as a lad I used to go round tables and suck the bar towels dry..I were well pi**ed by the end of the night..that's what I call a cheap night out by gum !!!

Don't know of a Brewery with Bugatti Blue colours Stewart !!
