Try 28 psi, they will under steer for Britain in the wet but much better feel in the dry especially when warmed up.
I have a Michelin Cross Climate on the back and it shows just how crap the fronts are in the wet, but at least it is safer to drive on the road knowing the back end is planted.

Did they loosen the fender to remove the wheel?
Do you think the Blockleys handle about the same as the Excelsior Comp H? Very si=milar tread pattern.

I don't think there is a big difference between the Blockley and Excelsior tyres, although they are both better than the Avon. It isn't until you move to something like the Michelin Commander II or Pirelli Night Dragons that you get an appreciable improvement in performance but that is at the expense of a reduced tyre life, less than half the mileage of the Blockley I would say. The big improvement I noticed with the Michelin tyres was the braking with no lock up, unless you really pushed hard on the pedal. They also fit under the mudguards better, you don't have to remove (or loosen) them to take the wheel off.

Definitely like the look of the pipes. I like how they made and bent the header pipes. Do you have cats? How loud is it?
I have the Morgan stage 1 exhaust and was thinking of letting the cats out of the pipes this winter to let things run a bit cooler.
