It's listed as 'Special tool' for 42mm octagonal spinners, 3/4" drive, part no. 479748. Cost is £48 inc vat ( same as 2018)
This has 3 great advantages. No dented wings, ditto wheel rims. The best bit is you can use a torque wrench. I started with 60ftlbs and marked the spinners against a marked spoke. I found only one of the self tightening spinners moved (tighter). At 80ftlbs there has been no movement at all.
Why beat the sh*t out of your spinners with a hammer to silly ftlbs when you can easily set them all at a modest torque value and easily get them undone again without the need of a 10 foot spanner?

I know some one will have been using a hammer for 80 years without a problem but we can all have an off day! No finantial interest and no hammer.
