Can anyone help locate a replacement grommet for a Roadster 2019 washer bottle please, mine has swollen & split so clearly doesn’t like my water.......

Likely a generic item. Measure inside and outside dimensions then search for similar on eBay or Amazon.

You could make your own. I bought some round section O-ring material for a job a while back. Cut to length for the circumference you need and superglue to connect the ends. I have a box of O-rings but none fitted so bought the right diameter( thickness). If I remember correctly it was sold by the metre and not expensive. I’ll see if I can find details. A google search is another way to find some.

From memory they are quite wide in the recess to fit the thick plastic bottle, mine split on my 2018 Roadster & the factory kindly sent a full bottle (under warranty) because it's not listed as separate part You could try Melvyn Rutter, he's good for these daft bits others don't stock

As I was passing Mini Sport the other day I picked up this, fyi you can't buy direct from Xpart but both Mini Sport & Mini Spares keep them in stock, just ask for the later SPi & MPi models style of washer bottle ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2022/10/25/Washer-grommet.md.jpg)
