There has been so much said about the headlight ring on previous models, the new design is to get over the issue as well as giving a cleaner, fresher, less fussy look.

You don't have to trouble the options list on the configurator too much to be well over £80k.
At that price, as has been said many times, there's a hell of a lot of choice out there.
A used 992 from a main dealer is within budget, a 991 gen 2 is well within. A 997 gen 2 and a trad 4/4 or +4 would be a good duo with some change as well. How about a DB11 or a new model Vantage.....
I hope the new mid life refresh brings in more buyers. I wonder if the any colour/any leather/interest free offer is available...?

I would think that the integrated headlights lights and tail lights are cheaper to supply and fit.

Don't like the strange headlights, reminds me of the partially blanked out ones from WW2

Yet another cosmetic upgrade is going to make all those current CX's sitting in stock even more difficult to sell

Some innovations in the look are also a bit of a matter of getting used to. I'm not sure I like the rear end with just one rear light that much. I'm also debating the new license plate lighting. The larger headlights are not bad. But the question is whether these optical retouches were really necessary. Yes, maybe, but it has already been said that some people here don't want a 2024 Plus Four model like the Americans, then a 2025 P4, a 2026 model etc.? Consistency vs fashion retouching, at least called retouching when it changes after such a short time. It's nice marginalia that won't determine whether more Plus Fours are sold. Nevertheless, I can only say something fair when I have seen the car in real life.

Not necessarily, IMHO. At the right price (aka a sensible discount, say £15K.....), a prospective buyer who's after a more "trad" look (and I'm thinking of a small sample -- me) could be tempted by one of those "excess stock" cars. Case in point is the recent "didn't reach it's reserve at auction" PusFour, which as before still shows up on the BHM website https://morgan-kent.com/brand-new-2023-morgan-plus-four/

Really looks more classic in my eyes, regardless of the color, and I really like those 2023 softer rounder fenders.

I like it, but I'm struggling to think why I would pay £90k or whatever for one when I could get a lightly-used one (especially that gorgeous LM63 at MMC) for 30 grand less.

Not loving the rear number plate lights or the strange side mirrors. The plus four badge is hopefully an option you can pay to remove.
Why do you need lighting in the car as you drive at night.

Weird side mirrors and that rear badge .😒..I fear getting replacement headlights will be an issue in the future, however I dont mind the single rear ones as long as they are reliable.
