TBH I like the the rev counter right on front of me, it's another reason I like the port injected Duratec Trad, for this reason swapping with the speedo is not an option for me, I have however considered rotating the tacho, but at the end of the day I'm always going to lose sight of an element of the gauge.
I am concerned about oscillation when rotating the wheel, however, it's my experience that sometimes the brain adjusts to this type of thing, so in practice it may not be the issue we're assuming it would be.
I'm open minded, so I really need to try it

Anyway, the Morgan Park offset ring can wait, I have RPM on my phone via Bluetooth connection to my EMU Black ECU, and I tend to change up on engine sound anyway.
The next step is actually a faster rack, my Mulfab front wishbone conversion uses a 2.7 turns lock to lock rack which is faster than a normal Morgan rack, it works great but because Peter Mulberry used MK1/2 Escort rack I have lots of ratio options.
I want to try a faster rack to help me catch Monty's tail on Pardon, and I have a feeling a 2.4 turns lock to lock Escort fast rack will be perfect
