Pandy, you're right. I bent the spanner trying to get the wheel off, so I had to use the Morgan one (+ hammer) - so I tore the stud out going for the hammer. Perfect.
MZ, it's 2mm left on the bit that came out - so the screw remaining in the body is 2mm in to where it sheared. Otherwise I would definitely have used your method.
Maybe BHM can fix - I haven't asked them yet.
