The dampers that come with the kit are Bilstein. I questioned the fact that they were not adjustable and received the following response.

One thing to note is that we intend only to offer with Bilstein dampers which are not adjustable. An adjustable damper has a very linear characteristic and can never deliver the sophistication of a well developed high tech damper such as a Bilstein. I have used some of the best damper technicians in Europe to help me create the settings we have in the Bilstein. It is quite noticeable.

I have the excellent adjustable GAZ dampers supplied as an extra by the factory but I will probably change to Bilstein all round and put the GAZ on one side for the moment.
