It brings a smile to everyone who sees it. It's British (yay!) and is huge fun to drive on country lanes.
As to upgrading the suspension.... Yes. They should. If they can do it without disrupting the delicious lines, why not? It would be better. Amd that's got to be good.

VW T4 camper when the weather is appalling) I'm very happy with my 4/4 Sport EXCEPT the crashing rear suspension over pot holes and bloody speed humps.
A totally modern underpinning with Trad clothing? No thanks, just keep updating as always.
