I suggest you have a look at some of Dave' suggestions about keeping water out. If you have the model with the ECU box on top of the passengers feet (under the bonnet) you need to do something to keep the water out or it drips through the grommet onto the passenger's legs. I will post photo later.

The other thing I did was to follow Dave's suggestion and I have put some neoprene on top of the windscreen pillars to seal the gap when the hood is up. With these two items the car is pretty waterproof. A little water seeps past the centre of the rail over the windscreen at 130 km/h (Easyup hood) but a couple of paper tissues can cope with that and it only has happened in heavy rain on the autostrada.
