I think if you look carefully through my replies you will find the answers to most of the questions you pose- certainly regarding the issues of litigation, why the owner and I decided to seek resolution the way we did etc

I have to say I find some of your own interpretations of what the law on defamation is to be not in accord with my own but since I'm not seeking advice form you that is a matter of no consequence to me

One of the beauties of TM as a site is, as I'm sure you would agree, that we can all have views, air them, agree to differ if necessary and get on with other things. This seems to me to be an instance where that needs to be done. if you disagree, then that is your privilege and I respect that
