I think Mark Evans has been very brave. However we shouldn't expect to much.
I noted how late his last post was sent at. In the short term he's right to address our issues directly. I think were all feeling a lot more positive and really feel that we will now get our wonderful M3W's sorted. Well done Mark. In the longer term Morgan could, to some degree, formalise their communications with TM and make sure that no one has to work late to do so. Mark we don't want you to burn out.
