Guys, would it make sense to remove the throttle pedal? I have only ever done one and that was back in 2002 but then it was just 2 nuts and bolts from memory, just thinking with the pedal in the foot well and taking all the slack from the cable you might get it back towards you a few inches which might make the job easier, hook the inner to the pedal and refit before making the connection at the air mass meter/throttle body housing end? Just a thought?
Think you are right: I was plannng to take the organ pedal off and the steering column cover off. Then I should be able to see how it all fixes.
Start at the pedal end and then do the throttle body end.
