I drained mine, refilled with diesel via port above drain hole & let the engine turn the wheel on tickover for a short time. Repeated with diesel. Drained & repeated with Morris Lodexol 80w140. Drained & refilled with Lodexol. All achieved from under the car. I've run it for 300 miles & repeated twice with Lodexol. It seems a bit quieter but I may be kidding myself.
