Hi Grockle,

Our 2014 TW is pretty new, we just took a few trips so far, just roundabout 120 Kilometers. Anyway: So far everything went well. The steering is great/very easy; the engine starts and runs without any issue, the building quality looks good as well. The sound of the Bevel Box is also Ok so far - I don´t hear anything unusual. Just sometimes, in case you play around with the gas and clutch a bit more aggressively, it sounds like a "knock" against the back of the seat. But I guess that is somehow normal (folks: In case this is not normal – please let me know! ). And sure, when driving up to 100 Kilometers everything gets really loud/noisy and there are various sounds coming from basically everywhere (inside and outside the car), but that is part of the fun and makes it so special. Let´s see how the things will be after a few 100 Kilometers more but I hope and keep my fingers crossed that it will be Ok. To us the main point is and was: I´m driving German made company cars since years (Audi, BMW and Mercedes). They are perfect, so smooth to ride and they are safe. Most of the tours are business related and I’m very thankful, that my company is offering me with that option. When driving long ranges, there is nothing better. But: It is also pretty boring. I wanted something to share with my wife, something “entertaining”. We were thinking about a motorcycle, but this won´t give you the chance to sit side by side. And no bike can give you the feeling of a TW. There you are…

Cheers and have a good one! Alex
