Easy to answer, really..
There aren't any. Not recurring, endemic or engineered, anyway.
You won't get a trouble free car, but it's the best of it's kind as it currently stands. A lot of the issues are a result of either poor communications post-sale, or simple production cock-up's that just shouldn't be.
