Class C is exclusively +8 territory Chunky and I'm not aware of you scavenging an older Mog for your project. I have no doubt of the speed of H16 - proven many a time in my presence last year and this - but the Keith Ahlers of class A appear to have bypassed their fear circuitry (as has William P !)

So a visit to Horton will be needed very soon...
