I had two dual mass flywheels go an an Audi A4, at 20,000 miles and the replacement at 35,000 miles. Luckily they covered the replacements under warranty but it was a bit of a battle. They first blamed my driving and I had to take the Service Manager out for a drive!
Did you frighten him into submission, refusing to let him out until he agreed to replace it?
