I'd aways had the trad type 'till my current 4/4 which has the easy-up. I really didn't like it at first as I couldn't see what was easy about it! Now I've adjusted it and had it in use for a couple of years it's grown on me. It is quicker to put up/take down that the trad type, not that that takes that long on a 2 seater though! I think it looks better from the rear than the trad type but, as the easy up has to remain in place when the tonneau is used it makes the rear look bulky and spoils the line of the car so I think the trad tonneau far better aesthetically. But as others have said look at both types and see what you like.
