No experience of the easy up hood, but if you go for a traditional hood, get the tensioners as has been mentioned, plus stainless roof bars don't mark the hood inside. Worth tweaking the tensioner nuts a bit if you are travelling at speed as wind pressure can operate the levers and the hood goes slack.
As the hood detaches it is worth getting a hood bag, i use a zipped suit carrier.
