G, I have had a car with both hoods, the Plus 8 had the traditional stud hood. Water ingress and drafting was more than the easy up. However after some minor mods, such as small D section rubber along the hood just in front of roll that sits behind windscreen, some square rubber at the pillar post edges where the side screen meets and D section again on the side frames where they meet the upper door edge. The result was no more water ingress even at 70 mph in a downpour. I could get my trad hood up in 2 mins.
The Roadster has an easy up, as the name says its quich and easy, that's the only Pro IMO. I did have to make some similar mods to stop drafting, and stop water ingress at the top of the pillars where the roof clamps down.
THe line of a Morgan with a trad roof off is nicer I think. But it's personal choice.
