Sorry to hear your having issues. Does the vibration appear to be engine speed related or road speed related. If its suddenly much worse have they loosened an engine mount and not tightened it back properly. The new compensator does take a bit of breaking in. I found that it was not happy below 3,000 RPM for the first 5-6,000 miles, but now at 10,00 0 its really sweet and will happily chug along at 2,000 so long as I don't try to accelerate hard at that its fine!
