It depends on what grade of Loctite is used.
If you use a high strength retaining grade you will never get it apart without the application of a considerable amount of heat.
The correct grade to use would be a thread locking grade that can be undone by applying extra torque to the screw but which will hold the screw sufficiently tightly to prevent it from coming loose due to vibration.
