Smaug, I replied in the 'general photo gallery' where you posted this photo. My bolt didn't come through the cover, it sheared off the drive keys. Up to that point it appeared to be tight. The mod kit from MMC includes a new tensioner and belt. I took some photos of the complete kit and what happened to mine, here
