I didn´t realize that there are two kinds of gallons.
Interesting maybe that in the south-west USA the speed limits and distances on some highways (e.g. Tucson - Nogales) are in kilometres and kph.
Do I remember correctly that the fuel pumps in England show litres and that the price is indicated in pounds per litre? I´m not sure about this.
