I put that set on just to move it around the garage. We have snow here now, so it may be spring before I have more details!

Kirk,

I'll be in the Clare/Farwell area over the holidays. We stay with my brother in Clare, about a half mile from Jays Sporting Goods.

I was born and raised in MI. The furthest south we ever lived in MI was Monroe where I started school. In the fifth grade we lived in St. Ignace, that's the furthest north we lived. My dad worked road construction in the '40s through the early/mid '60s. I went to eleven different schools until we settled back done about 13 miles west of Farwell in Lake Station. We had a marina on Crooked lake and I was the mechanic. We sold Johnson outboards/snowmobiles, Mercury outboards, Crest pontoons, Polaris and Arctic Cat snowmobiles, Bridgestone motorcycles, Safety Mate fiberglass boats, the predecessor to Four Wynns boats out of Cadillac.

I was quit busy in my teen years.

When I was 18 I raced snowmobiles for the MI Ski Doo distributor that was located in Clare. I had one of the very first Ski Doo factory race Blizzards. I also built a few dune buggies and ran at Silver Lake State Park Sand Dunes on Lake Michigan.

So if we have a good clear day between Christmas and New Years, you'll drive up to show me your M3W, right???? Just kidding. I'll be back in August for my Farwell HS 50th Class Reunion, maybe then.

Noises are very hard to track down sometimes. Good luck with finding yours.

Have a great week. Stay warm!

Dan
