Thanks Kirk....that's kind of what I figured, and at this point, these "surprise" costs aren't coming as much of a surprise.
Yes tom, when the published rate was 1.31, i was charged 1.35, its the bank. Its yet another "hidden fee" i had a build number weeks before a vin number.
