I also am a prolific reader, but most of my reading is Fantasy and Science Fiction (i.e. How to buy a new +8 in Australia for a reasonable price).
My favourite book as a child was King Arthurs Knights and I still hold to that Genre now.
It allows me to escape reality while I am flying or on holidays.
I do also read serious books, usually about history, my last read was a book written by my cousin on my Great Grandfather who built the wet weather racetrack in Perth, and travelled the world giving advice on how to build such tracks as well as being one of the largest breeder and importer of quality race horses into Australia in the early 1900's.
I am now eagerly awaiting the release of "How to Fettle your classic Morgan" by one of our own on TM
