I posted similar in another thread, but my Plus4 came with an Alpine radio that has a USB connector on the front, through which my iPhone plays music - I have created a 'Morgan playlist'..
I bought an 'Ipow non-slip dash mat' (about £8 from Amazon) to hold the iPhone steady on the tunnel (between the gearstick/handbrake). It works really well - no drilling or any damage to the trim.
I use the free 'Waze App' on the iPhone for Navigation, which works really well and cuts into the music to give turn-by-turn directions through the car speakers. So, no need to fix a SatNav - just use your phone. The phone holder fits other models (Samsung etc.) and can be put in the glovebox when not in use.
I also bought the Alpine remote control from Amazon, as it helps change station / volume etc. without having to fiddle with buttons under the dash while driving.
