The Plus 4 has unquestionably more grunt than a 4/4.
But the top speed f a 4/4 is 185kph already, which you'll never do anyway. At 150kph, you'll have the impression of being aboard a Eurojet fighter plane.
The Plus four's top speed is 189kph...
Hardly worth the difference you will pay in purchase & road taxes, as well as the petrol, I think.
The more that over a few years, while having put money aside for your hobby, you can always upgrade your engine in many ways for not much money.
