Thumper went for its MOT last Friday and also to have the timing belt bolt mod. On examination, a stone was found punching through the drive belt:
Don't expect many have had that problem. Sprockets are OK. On its way back it was found that the self adjusters on the rear brake drum weren't. So those needed replacing and the car stayed at KH until today awaiting the parts, when it was picked up by my RAF son. I suspect he will use Thumoer to go to work at RAF Honington tomorrow and Friday - with a bit of luck I'll get Thumper back at the weekend.
