We're concerned that the rear hoop which carries the dampers (assuming you have the hoop type mounting) will not be able to carry the load generated by the coil over dampers..

Also the overall geometary of the damper mounting which could result in premature damper failure due to the internal stresses of the unit....

So the answer is "yes" but probably would result in busting the rear suspension or certainly premature failure of several components... most notably the rear damper mounting hoop!?

Then again, I've not tried this but would anticipate these would be the problems looking how the rear hoop is installed and the impact the additional springs would have.
