Absolutely Jays, and isn't it interesting that Morgan customers often want to go straight to the manufacturer, instead of the dealer. As far as I am aware, the manufacturer has no legal responsibility to the retail customer, but the selling dealer most certainly does.

In a way, I guess it is Morgans own fault for being such an open company, and in the early days, they were the retailer as well, so customers aren't sure how to get satisfaction when there is a problem.
