I notice that with the heater on, it gets really warm under the dash. Perhaps the air within the instruments expands and then cooler moist air is drawn in when they when they cool.
The glass is colder, so gets condensation.
So, maybe blank off the underside of the dashboard from the heat and then duct cold air in from a duct mounted just behind the drivers right ear. Wouldn't need a fan.
Please could someone try this and let us know the result?
