Here in Llanelli we had Thomas Brothers who sold electricals from white goods to TV/Sound systems etc. Old family firm with awesome service. They would deliver very quickliy, set up items. They also had their own repair workshop so much better than the big chains.
They have been taken over by Vaughans who also have a shop in Haverfordwest (I think), but still have the same level of service. It tends to be our go-to for stuff we will keep. Over the years we have bought TV/Sound systems/HD recorder/Surround sound/Freezer etc. Bought the Bosch washing machine there for the new house and during the admin the sales chap noted a further discount on a daily update that he gave us. total saving of over £150. Delivered same day but kept for installation by the kitchen fitter.
