I am not happy the onus seems as ever on the owner to spot the defect.
They were reasonably proactive with the chassis brace a couple of years ago, hoping they are with this latest issue before someone gets hurt.


It is simply "amazing" that given the overwhelming evidence there has not been a recall.

I'm sure all TM'ers have no desire to see this thread drift via the Hospital emergency department or the obituaries at worst...

It is very clear and evident there has been "a total lack of preparation"...
