At last I can get cool (ambient) air into the foot wells of my 2012 Duratec Plus 4.
Ive fitted a control valve in the return water pipe from the Heater matrix and the control for it mounts neatly undre the scuttle alongside the in cabin Heater box.
I just turn the aircon on, keeps the legs lovely and cool
