I believe the cylinder head temp sensor is the approximately 30mm black "puck" mounted by a single bolt on the right (aka rear) cylinder behind and just below the intake manifold. Appears to only be the one.
A correction to my earlier post (above):
Per the parts manual, the black "puck" I referenced in my original post appears to be the knock sensor, with the temp sensor being the brass unit with two wire connector threaded into the (vehicle) left cylinder (aka front) just behind the intake manifold.
