There was an inevitability about this move with the need to invest (for Morgan) large amounts of money simply to keep the existing model range compliant with future legislation let alone fund electrification of at least a proportion of the production . It is a sad day but good can come out of it as long as Morgan owners and fans of British Sports cars make it clear what they expect from the new owners. In this respect the MSCC will be doing it’s bit .
