The small gauges on my 2000 Plus 8 all mist up to some extent, but clear slowly as the cabin warms and/or are backlit. My RPM gauge also has a mind of its own. Just about every gauge in the Yak-52 I used to fly also misted up. So both the best boys toys I've had the privilege to own all misted up. It's all part of the charm. The strangers who smile, point and wave as I drive past don't know my gauges have steamed up. My wife has a Nissan and nothing mists up in that, but there again nobody waves when I drive past :-)
Hopefully your power delivery can be resolved though
