It would be interesting to see the interference and if the rack could be modified. Since I have zero interest in a rack I am not particularly worried about it but it is a valid point.
Can you open the gas cap with the luggage rack installed or do you have to remove it to fill the tank? Never mind, I see there is a hoop in the rack for the gas cap.
What if the luggage rack was fastened on both sides of each roll hoop? Then there could be a space for the third lamp.
