Sorry went to post the link electric 911 link but it was one of the long ones that seems to annoy some here..
If interested in electric classics it you enter "fully charged electric Porsche 911" into your search engine you will stumble across the vid I mentioned. From a dull memory in the UK car registration plates for all new cars from 1972 (?) on ad to have reflective backgrounds thus it would seem both the 911 and Beetle were not registered as "new" when converted to electric operation..?
