SteveT ran a lovely Healey for a while but came back to Morgan if that helps!!
Indeed he did and I still miss it! I wouldn't hesitate in having another but they aren't for everyone and not easy to compare directly with a Morgan. I'd say drive both and you'll either love it or its not for you. The Healey is from another era, more so than the Morgan despite its looks. The driving position is upright, heavy controls, big wheel required and compared to the Morgan I would say requires more skill to drive well. But a good one, and it has to be good or they are a horrible drive, is a fantastic car, lovely engine, a straight six better in my view than a v8. Can be ultra reliable, mine was but spares are easily available and often lots cheaper than Morgan.
So my advice is not to make your mind up until you have driven both..they are very different.
