That is the new version of the BMW B48 inline 4.
Makes no sense when the B58 Six used in the Plus 6 is 335 bhp. Just 29 bhp more.
The 255 bhp version would be more logical.
Actually, I think the 181 bhp version would be the most sensible, with a slick 6 speed manual box.

I agree Peter. 306 hp is too much and will turn many potential buyers off. Given the torque available the 181 bhp version would be fine in both manual and auto.
