This one of the stainless steel tanks I make as a replacement for the most recent trads. There’s a few variations on a theme, but all use Ford in-tank fuel pumps, with the fuel pump outer cover secured by a large threaded collar

The factory aluminium tanks, use a couple of bent pieces of aluminium to locate the fuel pump assembly onto the base of the tank
I thought that was a bit crude, so I reverse engineered the bayonet fitting used in the Ford tanks. We 3D print these and the pump latches in exactly as Henry intended....
