Whilst swapping out my mickey mouse plastic throttle body for a metal version this morning I noticed the TB position sensor was jabbing into the adjacent cooling hose. Not that easy to spot with the filter hose in place and a possible disaster waiting to happen.

TB removed



Weather too nice to fix today but I think the cooling system will need to be drained and about an inch chopped off the horizontal leg of that the hose to allow more room.

So just something to watch out for……
