I have come to the conclusion that in most countries COVD is out of control and there is nothing that any Government can actually do to stop it, without closing all schools, universities and non critical businesses.
The more testing that is carried out, the more positive cases that are found and the more the Governments feel they must act.
They are between a rock and a hard place, do nothing and bee seen to be callous and uncaring, put lockdowns in place and see the economy further damaged and public confidence further eroded and resistance in some communities.
